Requirements

• Graduated within the past 12 months or will graduate within the next 6 months with a master’s degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, or related fields
• Fluent in English and German
• International experience through study, work abroad, or collaboration in a global environment
• No more than one year of professional experience
• Legal right to work in Germany (e.g., residency, visa)
• Committed, curious, and eager to take ownership of projects while thriving in a team environment
