Requirements

• Graduated within the past 12 months or will graduate within the next 6 months with a master’s degree in Engineering, STEM disciplines, Economics, Business, Law, or related fields
• Fluent in English and Italian
• International experience, whether through study, work abroad, or collaboration in a global environment
• No more than one year of professional experience
• Legal right to work in Italy (e.g., residency, visa)
• Committed, curious, and eager to take ownership of projects while thriving in a team environment
