Requirements

• Graduated within the past 12 months or will graduate within the next 6 months
• Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, STEM disciplines, Marketing, Law, or related fields
• Fluent in English and Swedish
• International experience
• No more than one year of professional experience
• Legal right to work in Sweden (e.g., residency, visa)
• Commitment, curiosity, and eagerness to take ownership of projects
