Your Tasks:
- Responsible leadership of annual audits of mid-sized companies and national and international groups (HGB/IFRS)
- Recognition and effective control of critical aspects of annual audits
- Early identification of risks and problems in the course of the annual audit and support of the team in dealing with them
- Ensuring the successful completion of orders even in difficult situations
- Efficient and order-crossing cooperation with colleagues from the IT audit, tax and corporate valuation departments as well as maintenance of (international) contacts within our network
- Maintenance of client relationships during and after the annual audit at department and management level
- Recognition of client problems also outside of concrete audit assignments
- Active internal knowledge transfer and sustainable support of colleagues in the perception of first leadership tasks in the team and their personal development
- Competent contact person in your field for clients and colleagues
Your Qualifications:
- Professional exam as certified public accountant
- At least 9 years of professional experience in auditing
- Enjoyment and motivation for comprehensive advice of clients
- Motivation to work in an international network
- Enjoy leading a team and sharing knowledge with younger colleagues
- Secure German and English language skills
