YOUR TASKS:

• Transaction consulting and conducting of financial due diligence
• Creation and review of business plans and financial models (integrated financial models)
• Creation of reports, presentations, and other documents for investors and clients (due diligence reports, expert opinions, etc.)
• Review of business plans
• Further development of our service portfolio and relevant tools

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• Successful completion of a degree in economics
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of corporate finance/transaction services
• Motivation to engage in detail with the business models of our clients
• Well-developed learning ability, initiative, and customer orientation
• Secure knowledge of German and English
• Convincing appearance and enthusiasm for teamwork
