Responsible for improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness of assigned machines, stations, or production areas, ensuring optimal performance aligned with customer and internal requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably Mechanical, Mechatronics, Robotics, or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of experience in Equipment Engineering or Maintenance within a semiconductor assembly environment.
- Strong proficiency in mechanical and electronic systems.
- Solid knowledge of assembly processes and assembly equipment.
- Proficiency in statistical tools such as Minitab and SAS JMP.
- Strong problem-solving skills using methodologies such as 3x5 Why, DMAIC, and Global 8D.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
