As an HR Project Manager at Nexperia, you will lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale HR programs and transformation initiatives with significant organizational impact, and work in a pleasant office environment in the city center of Budapest.

Requirements

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale HR programs and transformation initiatives
• Develop and manage integrated project plans
• Establish and run effective governance structures
• Coordinate complex organizational and operating model changes
• Act as the central point of coordination across HR and cross-functional partners
• Drive stakeholder alignment through structured workshops
• Design and execute change, communication, and enablement plans
• Track outcomes, manage go-live and hypercare phases, and capture lessons learned
