IBS HR Project Manager

We're looking for an experienced HR project manager to lead and deliver key HR projects across MOL Group, ensuring smooth execution, strong governance, and effective collaboration among HR teams and other business areas.

Requirements

• University degree (preferably in HR or Economics)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant project management or HR experience
• Strong project management and stakeholder ‐management skills
• Ability to present clearly and communicate with confidence
• Solid business understanding and HR partnering experience
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Fluent business English
• Experience working in an international environment is an advantage
