IBS HR Project Manager to lead and deliver key HR projects across MOL Group, ensuring smooth execution, strong governance, and effective collaboration among HR teams and other business areas.

Requirements

• University degree (preferably in HR or Economics)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant project management or HR experience
• Strong project management and stakeholder ‐management skills
• Ability to present clearly and communicate with confidence
• Solid business understanding and HR partnering experience
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Fluent business English
