The role of Project & NPI Manager involves leading projects including New Product Introduction, defining project plans, mitigating process risk, and ensuring smooth release from development to full production.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in NPI (New Product Introduction) / Process Development / Project Management / Process Engineering in semiconductor industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
- Good interpersonal, leadership and a team player
- Good planning and time management
