Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Reliability Technician to support our Reliability Lab operations. This role involves creating and modifying reliability test programs, performing data analysis, executing failure verification, and supporting production and SMT operations.
Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint or equivalent office software
- Experience in Reliability lab operations and testing is an added advantage
- Hands-on experience with product bench setup and verification using tools such as multimeter, oscilloscope, and power meter
- Good understanding of diode, transistor, MOSFET, logic, and IC devices is a plus
