Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration (or related field)
- At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor or related manufacturing industry, preferably in Production or Operations
- Proven supervisory experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality assurance principles
- Proficiency in manufacturing data analytics using SAP, Spotfire, or equivalent tools
- Working knowledge of RBA, CSR guidelines, or equivalent compliance standards
- Highly diligent, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a strong learning mindset
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (PivotTables, data analysis tools)
