Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration (or related field)
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor or related manufacturing industry, preferably in Production or Operations
• Proven supervisory experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality assurance principles
• Proficiency in manufacturing data analytics using SAP, Spotfire, or equivalent tools
• Working knowledge of RBA, CSR guidelines, or equivalent compliance standards
• Highly diligent, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a strong learning mindset
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (PivotTables, data analysis tools)
