Job Description
The Training and Technical Assistance Specialist is responsible for implementing and coordinating professional development throughout the agency, designing and delivering trainings, and working collaboratively with the Director of Workforce Development.
Requirements
- Conduct, develop, and organize trainings related to early childhood development
- Assist in the planning, organizing, and/or development of trainings requested throughout the agency
- Support implementation and documentation of agency-wide onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Evaluate the effectiveness of trainings to ensure quality and consistency
- Document and track using internal systems, the Registry, associated training systems, and any additional necessary processes
