Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant -- Oak Brook

We are seeking a Full-Time Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant with a strong interest in health, wellness & longevity to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an advanced provider with strong clinical and leadership skills, experience in hormone management, a passion for functional medicine, and the ability to help grow our practices while working as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

• A Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree and certification as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)
• A valid state license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner
• 3+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in primary care or a related field
• 3+ years of Functional Medicine experience
• Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills
• Previous experience with hormone treatments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other clinical software
