Head of Compliance

NEXT’s mission is to help entrepreneurs thrive by building a technology-led, full-stack provider of small business insurance. We're looking for a Head of Compliance to develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance program that aligns with applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in compliance roles within the insurance industry
• Deep knowledge of insurance regulations
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, principles, and best practices
• Experience in developing and implementing compliance programs, policies, and procedures
