Insurance Product Manager

ERGO NEXT is looking for a talented Insurance Product Manager to join their team, responsible for delivering best-in-class products to small businesses. The role involves zero-to-one launch of new products, customer segments, and partnerships, and requires a passion for understanding and redesigning pricing, risk, and customer needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience managing technical products from ideation to successful launch
• Insurtech, fintech, regtech or experience with regulated products
• Customer obsessed, passionate about making great products that serve and empower small business owners
• Proven experience in using data driven methods in decision making and strong analysis skills
• Able to work independently and comfortable with ambiguity
• Experience working with and presenting to senior leadership
