Job Description
We're looking for an experienced and unstoppable Salesforce Developer to join our team! In this role, you will lead and deliver efficiency-driving projects for our Salesforce users via Apex code, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and more.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, LWC, Aura, Flow, etc.
- Experience with Sales Cloud
- Impeccable code quality, stability, readability, and efficiency
- Proven record of initiating, designing and implementing projects that focus on improving operational processes and future development potential
- A people person, a proficient problem solver, someone who quickly adapts to new technologies
- Strong leadership and ownership capabilities, and the ability to work independently
- Flexible skillset and mindset, always willing to try a new technology or approach
- Ability to thrive in a global, competitive company where priorities can change suddenly
- Experience working in legacy code environments
- REST API and integration experience (Workato, Dell Boomi, Mulesoft, etc.)
- AI enthusiast. Experience using Cursor or other AI tools a plus
- Thinks like a QA engineer and develops ways to test code exhaustively, but quickly
