Requirements
- Native or fluent Danish (written and spoken)
- Good command of English
- Strong customer service mindset
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership
- Openness to feedback and continuous improvement
- Good computer literacy (CRM experience is an advantage)
- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment is beneficial
