The role involves resolving customer queries via calls, live chat and email, taking ownership of customer cases, and communicating directly with other teams and providers to solve customer problems. The ideal candidate will have a fluent knowledge of Finnish, analytical and problem-solving skills, and be able to adapt to shift work.
