We’re hiring for an established iGaming company in Malta, one of Europe’s main hubs for online gaming, tech, and international careers. As a Night Shift Customer Support Agent, you’ll handle live chat, email, and customer cases, and provide first-contact resolution whenever possible.
Requirements
- Fluent English + Finnish
- Proven experience in customer support (chat/email based)
- Comfortable working night shifts
- Good judgment and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Calm, structured communication style
