We're looking for French speakers for several different projects. As a Customer Support Agent, you will communicate with customers via phone, chat & e-mail, track and follow cases, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Some positions are located in Greece, with the option to work remotely.
Requirements
- Fluency in French
- Very good communication skills in English
- Exceptional communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills
- Computer knowledge/tech savviness
- Resourceful, able to multitask
