Norwegian speaking Customer Support Agent

We're looking for Norwegian speakers for several different projects. You'll communicate with customers via phone, chat & e-mail, track cases, and maintain customer satisfaction. You'll also work towards targets and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian
• Very good communication skills in English
• Exceptional communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills
• Computer knowledge/tech savviness
• Resourceful, able to multitask
