We are looking for an experienced Swedish-speaking Regional CRM Manager to take full ownership of the Swedish market for a fast-growing international iGaming company.
Requirements
- Native Swedish speaker with proven experience working with the Swedish market
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- 3+ years of hands-on CRM experience, preferably within iGaming, fintech, or digital entertainment
- Strong understanding of Swedish user behaviour, market dynamics, and regulatory landscape
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as Braze, Optimove, Salesforce, or similar
- Highly data-driven mindset with experience in segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign analysis
- Structured, self-driven, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
