Job Description
Provides primary and episodic care to patients, following standards and protocols, and emphasizes health promotion and/or disease prevention through patient education and coordination of care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- At least 1 year of clinical experience
- Board certified as a nurse practitioner with current state licensure
- DEA license with no restrictions
- BLS certified
