Job Description
Provides primary and episodic care to patients following standards and protocols set by the Chief Medical Officer. Maximizes the delivery of quality care and customer service to patients. Emphasizes health promotion and/or disease prevention through patient education and coordination of care.
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD or DO)
- Graduate of an accredited medical school
- Valid Texas Medical License
- Outstanding knowledge of medications, side effects and contraindications
- Outstanding patient management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Clinical experience in an emergency, urgent care or ambulatory clinic setting preferred
- BLS certified
- Unrestricted DEA license
- Board Certified
- DOT certified within 2 months of hire
