Job Description
Secure battery supply across multiple categories, new batteries from OEMs, used batteries, and surplus/oversupply stock. Work closely with sales operations, legal, and finance to ensure sourced batteries are tradeable, bankable, and fit for customer requirements.
Requirements
- 3â8+ years in business development, sourcing, procurement, or origination within batteries, automotive, energy storage, electronics, recycling, or industrial supply chains.
- Proven ability to negotiate and close B2B agreements with senior stakeholders.
- Strong commercial skills: pricing, risk assessment, contract terms, and relationship management.
- Comfortable with battery fundamentals (chemistry, formats, degradation drivers) and fit-for-purpose thinking.
- High process discipline (documentation, traceability, pipeline hygiene).
