Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a paper converting, paper mill, coating, laminating, or similar process manufacturing environment
- Forklift experience and current certification strongly preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with industrial machinery
- Ability to work 12-hour day and night shifts, including some weekends
- Team-oriented mindset with attention to detail and safety
- Willingness to cross-train and learn coating and laminating processes
