Systems & Automation Engineer, Onsite

We are seeking a talented and motivated Systems & Automation Engineer to join the trading team. This position is 100% onsite and not open for remote. The Systems & Automation Engineer will oversee the operation and maintenance of the trading systems, design, build, and maintain Python-based automation, administer and support Windows systems, manage identity, endpoint, and access platforms, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and support operational security initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a technical area such as computer science or engineering
• Experience administering Windows Server and Windows 11 in a production environment
• Hands-on knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy, including Active Director architecture, user, device, and policy management
• Proficiency administering Linux systems for operational and troubleshooting purposes
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, including DNS, HTTP/S, TCP/IP, and related protocols
• Experience writing Python scripts to automate operational tasks and improve system reliability
• Familiarity with identity, access, and endpoint management concepts and tools
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and own projects end-to-end
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
