Job Description
Next Street is seeking a full-time Product Designer / UX/UI Designer to own the end-to-end design experience across our platform—from brand expression and visual systems to thoughtful, user-centered UI/UX. The ideal candidate understands user behavior, designs with intent, and is comfortable moving quickly in a mission-driven, startup environment.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience as a product designer, UX designer, or UI/UX designer, owning end-to-end design for digital products
- Strong understanding of user behavior and interaction design
- Proficient in Figma and experienced delivering developer-ready assets and components
- Skilled at using AI tools to rapidly prototype, explore concepts, and iterate on designs
- Experience designing responsive, cross-platform experiences and admin dashboards or internal tools
