The Stock Manager will lead and inspire a team to achieve performance targets, prioritize tasks, and provide excellent customer service. The role involves managing stock processes, communicating with the Store Manager, and adapting to change. The successful candidate will have experience in leadership, coaching, and motivating a team, with a passion for customers, people, and products.

Requirements

• Support the Store management team across the back of house areas
• Manage a team to deliver accurate stock processes
• Create an atmosphere where supporting, motivating and inspiring your team is at the core of everything you do
• Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all commercial and operational activities
• Ensure communication is up-to-date and accurate at all times
• In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment
