Engineering Manager - Ad Serving Infrastructure

Nextdoor is seeking an experienced Ads Technology Engineering Leader to build the next generation of Ad Serving platforms that deliver relevant sponsored content to our neighbors. The leader will design and scale systems alongside their team, that enable full automation of global campaign management for advertisers of all sizes, driving improved efficiency and return on investment.

Requirements

• Developing and leading a diverse, talented, multidisciplinary team through recruiting and mentorship
• Responsibility for the technical roadmap, architecture, as well as execution of deliverables of Ads Serving platform team
• Partnering with engineers to design and build a scalable, reliable and innovative Ads Serving Platform
• Responsibility for adserver compliance based on platform guidelines and regulations
• Partnering and collaborating with cross-functional product, engineering, and sales teams across the company to build a roadmap for adserving and support operations
