Job Description
Senior NetSuite Administrator - Solutions Architect responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and architectural design of the NetSuite ERP platform. The role serves as the primary NetSuite expert and trusted partner to the CFO organization, supporting stakeholders from executive leadership to day-to-day accounting users.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- 10+ years of professional experience supporting ERP or financial systems
- 7+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience
- Strong functional expertise in GL, AR, AP, and SuiteBilling
- Demonstrated experience configuring NetSuite workflows, saved searches, roles, and financial processes
- Strong understanding of accounting operations and financial reporting
- Experience partnering with senior finance leadership
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Ability to gather requirements from multiple stakeholders and translate them into well-defined solutions
