Industrial Engineer

Nexteer is looking for motivated Industrial Engineers with a high energy, positive attitude, and a desire to lead change to improve cycle times, job designs, and plant layout in a manufacturing plant.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering/Business or equivalent
• 3-5 years of manufacturing experience
• High level of analytical skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good computer skills
• Working knowledge of lean manufacturing concepts and practices
• Structured problem-solving skills (Fast X/ Six Sigma/NPS)
• Knowledge of TS-16949 and ISO-14001
