Job Description
The Industrial Engineering Co-Op 2026 position is a work experience opportunity for students to assist with supporting manufacturing operations, maintain process documentation, and participate in continuous improvement activities. The student would reside and work in Plant 7, where Hydraulic Steering Gears, Pumps, and Steering Columns are produced for original equipment manufacturers.
Requirements
- Attend a 4-year university local to Saginaw
- Study engineering in pursuit of a bachelor’s degree
- Work 20-32 hours during Fall and Winter semesters
- Up to 40 hours in the summer
- Have a cumulative 2.7 GPA on 4.0 scale
- Be a full-time student (12 or more credits) during Fall and Winter semesters
- Have the right to work in the US and not require current or future sponsorship
