Job Description
As a 2nd Line Technical Support Specialist at NextEnergy, you help customers get the most out of their smart energy solutions. You provide clear explanations, quick solutions, and think with our customers. We make dynamic energy accessible to everyone, so you can easily take advantage of cheap (and sometimes even free) moments.
Requirements
- Affinity for energy and/or technology/IT
- Analytical thinking
- Responsibility and ownership
- Clear and kind communication
- Experience with technical support / IT support / helpdesk (2nd line)
- Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
