Job Description
We are seeking a Managing Tax Counsel to join our Tax Planning team. The successful candidate will have a background in international tax, partnership tax and/or M&A transactions and will be comfortable modeling the cash and U.S. GAAP tax treatment of transactions.
Requirements
- Strong transactional tax background
- Experience with M&A tax issues
- Ability to coordinate effectively with various subject matter specialists
- Juris Doctorate
- Member in Good Standing of State Bar
