Job Description
NextEra Energy Nuclear is seeking a dynamic Nuclear Electrical Maintenance Instructor I to lead cutting-edge nuclear training programs at our Duane Arnold Energy Center in Palo Iowa, with corporate support from our Jupiter, FL headquarters.
Requirements
- Delivers and improves assigned training courses using the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT)
- Develops course materials and instructional aids to support lesson plans
- Completes instructor certification requirements
- Applies training improvement recommendations based on guidance from supervisor and more experienced instructors
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
