Job Description
NextEra Energy Resources is seeking Senior Reactor Operator candidates at the Duane Arnold Energy Center. The position requires superior leadership skills, detail-oriented, and technical aptitude in electronic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems. Employees will prepare for License Class and manage subordinate employees. Upon successful completion, employees will be assigned as Unit Supervisors of the operating crews.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Six months of commercial nuclear experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science
- Two years military experience in a position equivalent to a reactor operator
