Job Description
NextEra Energy Resources is seeking a dynamic Instrumentation & Control Maintenance Instructor to lead cutting-edge nuclear training programs at our Duane Arnold Energy Center in Palo Iowa, with corporate support from our Jupiter, FL headquarters.
Requirements
- Develops, delivers and improves assigned training courses, supporting materials and instructor/student evaluations using the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT)
- Revises instructional materials to reflect changes in plant design, current plant practices, regulations, and/or operating philosophies
- Provides direction and coaches less-experienced instructors
- Serves as the training program lead to ensure all elements of assigned instruction comply with company standards, NRC regulations, INPO accreditation criteria, and other codes, standards and regulatory requirements
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
