Job Description
Florida Power & Light Company is seeking a Senior Instructor to support a two-unit nuclear site in South Florida, delivering high-quality training that ensures operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Deliver classroom and simulator instruction to initial and continuing training students
- Support qualification of instructors, including classroom and simulator certification
- Prepare for and maintain Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) certification
- Evaluate student performance and provide coaching to improve outcomes
- Critique and continuously improve training materials, processes, and procedures
