Job Description
NextEra Energy Resources is seeking a Reactor Operator for the Duane Arnold Energy Center. The successful candidate will have superior execution skills, be detail-oriented, and have technical aptitude in electronic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems. The position requires participation in the License Class and completion of the Reactor Operator training program, as well as passing the NRC RO exam.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Pass the Plant Operator Selection System (POSS) test
- Six months of commercial nuclear experience
- Successful completion of the RO license class and attainment of NRC RO license
