IPQC Senior Engineer

This position is responsible for quality control of all incoming inspection, product manufacturing assembly lines and production processes between Nextern and key customers in the Integrated Systems business.

Requirements

• Manage CAPA (Corrective Action Preventive Action).
• Evaluate the Process Qualification & Validation of new products.
• Weekly monitor and report the yield of products. Daily analyze the defects on production line.
• Manage quality inspectors to make sure the production lines are good 5S and follow the procedures.
• Manage IPQC of all products (In Process Quality Control & Pre-Shipment Inspection). Retain all shipment records and send them to the customer if required.
• Handle customer complaints and Return Material Authorization (Customers to Nextern).
• Non-Conforming Material Processing (Manufacturing, Supplier, & Engineering Change Causes)
• Create required documentations that are relevant to the product, processes and requirements from superior.
• Manage all DHR (Device history records).
• Implement internal audit regularly.
