The Production Shift Worker performs various tasks related to manufacturing in a clean room or production area for medical devices, focusing on building products following procedures while meeting standards of yield, productivity, and quality.

Requirements

• Comply with certification and training requirements for the assigned production area
• Comply with safety standards for the tasks performed
• Participate actively in the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System
• Execute production tasks assigned to the area according to production procedures and meeting productivity requirements defined
• Repair non-conforming products, in accordance with established specifications
• Comply with inspection requirements, as applicable, in accordance with the procedures for which they were trained
• Support and/or execute training and certification processes of personnel according to established procedures, in operations of their area
• Support the supervisor/leader in additional tasks required for the compliance of production needs
• Comply with documentation and traceability requirements for the assigned production processes
