Production Operator performs tasks related to manufacturing in a clean room environment for medical devices, including material handling, packing, filling, and cleaning of lines, meeting yield, productivity, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Meet certification and training requirements for the assigned production area
• Compliance with safety standards for tasks executed
• Actively participate in activities implementing and maintaining the Quality System
• Execute production tasks assigned to the area according to production procedures and meeting productivity requirements defined
• Repair non-conforming products, according to established specifications
• Meet inspection requirements, if applicable, according to procedures for which they were trained
• Meet documentation and traceability requirements for assigned production processes
• Support and/or execute training and certification processes for personnel according to established procedures, in operations of their area
• Support the supervisor and/or leader in additional tasks required for the fulfillment of production needs
