Job Description
Nextgen is seeking a detail-oriented Test Engineer with hands-on experience in RF systems to validate system performance and ensure readiness of AI/ML-enabled RF prototypes. The role involves developing, executing test plans, coordinating test events, and maintaining test equipment. Collaboration with developers and system engineers is also key.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in test engineering, system verification, or validation of RF or embedded systems
- Experience developing and executing structured test plans and writing detailed test documentation
- Proficiency with Python and familiarity with RF test equipment
- Knowledge of software build processes, automation tools, and data analysis techniques
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Active TS/SCI clearance required
