Engineer II, Information Operations

We are seeking an experienced Engineer II to lead and enhance our cloud-first infrastructure, with advanced expertise in AWS and Azure administration, Windows Server engineering, and identity management.

Requirements

• Design, implement, and optimize AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure
• Lead administration and engineering of Windows Server environments
• Monitor system performance and availability
• Develop and maintain infrastructure automation
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues
• Support application deployment and integration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and implement secure, scalable, and resilient solutions
• Manage identity and access using Okta, Azure AD, and SSO integrations
• Document infrastructure designs, procedures, and provide training to team members
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to infrastructure strategy
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
