Job Description
The VP of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Sales owns the strategy, execution, and results for NextGen’s RCM sales business, leading a team of 6 direct reports and driving growth across RCM outsourcing, technology enabled services and automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 12+ years of experience in healthcare related sales
- 5 years of recent management experience in a sales-driven environment
- Experience implementing sales strategies, systems and processes
- Exceptional knowledge of solutions portfolio and specialty markets, sales and marketing methodologies and practices
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Office Suite, and SharePoint
- Exceptional leadership, influencing, negotiation, strategic, analytical, judgment, communication and presentation skills
- Client-facing executive-level sales acumen
