Sr. Business Analyst

We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Business Analyst to join our growing talented team. In this role you will be required to work with technical leads and product management team for integration implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of industry experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong grasp of agile methodologies with experience in Scrum or similar frameworks
• Proficiency in project management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps Boards
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to craft clear and concise status reports and presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Solid understanding of issue management, scope management, and risk management principles
• Familiarity with SQL Server, MySQL, or other database querying languages
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders of varying technical backgrounds
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate efficiently in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and data integrity during integration processes
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
