Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries
• Strong hands-on experience with Epic Clarity (SQL-based reporting database)
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouse, Fabric Data Factory, and OneLake
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills for healthcare datasets
• Experience building AI-ready data pipelines for ML training and validation
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance, PHI handling, and healthcare data standards
