Requirements

• Lead end-to-end design and development of scalable web applications using.NET and React
• Act as a hands-on technical lead, contributing to coding, code reviews, and architecture decisions
• Develop and maintain backend services using.NET Core / ASP.NET / Web APIs
• Build responsive and high-performance frontend applications using React.js
• Design, deploy, and manage applications on Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Storage, etc.)
• Guide and mentor team members; ensure adherence to best coding and design practices
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams
• Utilize AI tools (e.g., code assistants, automation, analytics, testing tools) to improve development efficiency
• Ensure application security, performance optimization, and scalability
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and Agile ceremonies
