Job Description
We are a global platform for sourcing and contract manufacturing of specialty chemicals from India, seeking an Associate Director for our AgroChemicals business. The role will oversee all aspects of the business, manage P&L, and drive growth initiatives.
Requirements
- B.Tech from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutes from India; MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutes is a plus.
- Prior experience of working in the B2B commerce industry or scaled B2B startups.
- Proven track record of managing P&L and achieving business targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable business strategies.
